Baby Playing with Building Blocks

Local mum + baby groups

There is one very special way to make sure you can keep your head above the waters during the postpartum season, and that is to find your tribe, get yourself your village and stay connected to a community. The Mama Cwtch group workshops are designed to create this space, but if you can't get to our sessions, pop along to a local mum + baby group and share the burden with fellow mamas (you'll soon pick up the words to those quirky nursery rhymes!)

Another brilliant option is to attend a local breastfeeding support group, for details please visit our dedicated Feeding Support page

Mondays

This will be coming soon! Still doing my research... meanwhile please do send me the details of your favourite mum + baby groups so I can include them for other mamas to see :) You can email me on: MamaCwtch@gmail.com
