Your spiritual health
The season of pregnancy, birth and motherhood is a profound time of getting in touch with one's spiritual side. We start to ponder, often for the first time, how this baby was actually made, and the miracle of this tiny lifeform growing inside us, and the mind-blowing experience of how our bodies birth our babies, and feed them, and love them so unconditionally.

Mama, you don't need a tarot card reading, an astrologist, a fortune-teller or short-term, lifeless things to give you so-called energy. Your Creator himself is on your side, closer and nearer to you than you can ever imagine, and he wants you to let him in as you go through this season and discover how - and why - you were made.

The world around us talks a lot about mediation, breath-work and positive-thinking, especially around birth - well so does the Bible! Over the next few months I will share with you specific verses that link God's handiwork with modern neuroscience, and take you through some suggestions and support for taking care of your spiritual health during this time and connecting to God, even if you have never done this before, did it a long time ago or already have a relationship with him. You are SO welcome into God's family and he would love to hear from you...​
How can I pray for you?
Mama, you were not designed to go through this season alone.

Whatever you believe, if you have a faith of any kind or none at all, it would still be my absolute pleasure and privilege, for our prayer team to pray for you. When I pray to God, the one who made you and me and your baby, I know he hears me and I know he cares deeply. He loves having a relationship with us and partnering in life's rollercoasters, so prayer is an amazing opportunity to shift things in the universe - no matter what we go to Him for, big or small. I have personally witnessed miracles and answered prayers, babies conceived after years of trying, babies well at birth after being diagnosed with something in the womb, relationships healed, even breast engorgement improve and moods lifted.​
