Your mental health

Mama, this journey through motherhood - matrescence - is wild and raw and you were not designed to go through it all alone.

Your mental health is SO important, as is your overall emotional health, especially while you are on this rollercoaster ride, from trying to conceive, to pregnancy, birth, early recovery and the wild ride of your postpartum life.

Over the next few months, I will add a wealth of resources, websites, charities, NHS guidance and contact details that I hope will support you with your mental health. Meanwhile, to take care of my own stability and have balance at home, I will build up this page s-l-o-w-l-y so please be patient, and message me directly if you would like me to send you specific resources for support while you wait.
